As Principal and Founder of Quest Capital Partners, Inc., Ken Leon has over 22 years of real estate investment experience including acquisitions, asset management, and construction, primarily focused on a value-add investment strategy in Southern California. Mr. Leon holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from UC Berkeley, a California real estate broker license, and a Class B general contractor license. Mr. Leon is married with 3 sons, enjoys playing golf and exploring new hiking trails.
Mr. Mendis served as the Senior Vice President of Investments for the Western United States for the Sterling Organizations, a private equity fund manager where he sourced and oversaw all acquisition opportunities. Mr. Mendis has personally sourced, negotiated or closed over $4 billion in commercial real estate. Mr. Mendis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and is an avid outdoorsman, snowboarder and hiker.
Ms. Milla joined Quest Capital in 2017 bringing her strong experience in real estate sales, finance, and customer service. Ms. Milla recently transitioned to her current role as asset management coordinator after enhancing her skill set at the Urban Land Institute. Ms. Milla has a young daughter and is an avid hiker and fashionista.
Mrs. Burrowes is a seasoned corporate and property bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience including substantial experience in all areas of bookkeeping including financial reporting and forensic bookkeeping. Her attention to detail and dedication have been instrumental in her career success.
Mr. Zayas has over 22 years of experience in commercial property management, tenant improvement construction and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Zayas worked as an Asset Manager with Adler Realty Investments overseeing over 2 million square feet in LA County and Orange County. Mr. Zayas is married with two sons and is a huge soccer fan and loves to travel with his soccer playing kids to professional soccer events around the world.
